One of the main projects during my time at KTHE were doing social media and newsletter design for Bieder & Maier, a Viennese coffee brand. One big part of that was also to promote the B&M café at Vienna airport, which was opened in June 2022.

Content Pillars
Together with the copywriter I worked on each month’s content plan for the brand’s social media accounts. This contained posts about B&M products, Vienna and lifestyle related things, special occasions, their café at Vienna International Airport and a coffee recipe in the form of an infographic as a monthly format called “Coffee Class” (as seen below).
Colour Scheme
The brand’s colour is a beautiful mango yellow, often combined with black. For social media we added grey as a neutral counterpart and turqoise for smacking contrast.
Vienna Airport Café
In June 2022 the very first Bieder & Maier café was opened at Vienna Interntional Airport. About one month before that, we started posting Instagram stories with a series of headlines as teasers for the launch. The concept there was that whatever your problem or craving is when traveling – Bieder & Maier has the solution and will cater to your needs.
Newsletter
Bieder & Maier’s newsletter was issued once a month and usually contained some form of promotion of one or multiple specific products. Typically there was also some reference made to anything special happening that month, such as a holiday or tradition, etc.
