About:
The illustration style I used for my own interpretation of these comic heroines was originally inspired by the American Traditional style of tattoo art. A thick ink pen was used to achieve the characteristic bold lines around the eyes and for the prominent brows, while the rest was completed using colouring pencils.

Exhibition:
I made art prints of the individual heroines and a poster with all the characters, which were exhibited and sold at the pop-up store “temp.space” in St. Pölten, Lower Austria in 2019.
